• The pleasant 70/75 degree weathe (all weekend)
• Jake's seafood restaurant ( the "best" in Portland)
• A beer inspired by a type of rock (obsidian)
• My parents coming to visit in July/Aug.
• How the Villa's weekend will be with my two boys
• A warm beach would be nice
